The CRM where your AI agent is part of the team
AIs that make calls exist; CRMs that know how to welcome them do not. In Scella an AI agent is a member: it receives leads, drops what it obtained, sets follow-ups at a given time, and you track its progress like a salesperson's.
Create the agent in a minute
Team → “Add an AI agent”: a name, a key. The agent never signs in and gets no email; it drops its results through a documented endpoint. Assign it leads with the same distribution rules as a human — or automatically per pipeline.
What it drops, what Scella does with it
For each call: the outcome (reached, no answer, voicemail, callback requested, qualified, refusal…), duration, a summary, the transcript or recording, and if needed the callback at a given date and time. Scella logs the call, marks the lead picked up, creates the activity and puts the callback in the calendar of the salesperson who takes over.
- Single or batch drops, idempotent (never a duplicate)
- Lead matched by id, phone or email
- Deal fields updated by the agent, under your rules
- Native ElevenLabs adapter (signed post-call webhook)
Track its progress
One page per agent: calls today, last 7 days and since the start — reached, rate, qualified, callbacks obtained, leads touched, average duration. All computed by Scella from the drops, never declared by the AI. The shared calendar shows, hour by hour, follow-ups for humans and AIs.
Several agents, several subjects
Each AI agent is restricted to its pipelines (one pipeline = one subject). An agent working training leads never touches a lead about energy renovation in Spain.
Frequently asked questions
Can the AI damage my data?
No: it can only drop calls and, if you allow it, fill deal fields — with the same validation rules as the screen. Never delete.
Does an AI agent count as a seat?
Not as a human seat: the first ones are included depending on the plan, then each extra agent costs half a seat.
